This bill appropriates $1,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to Sibley County. The funds are designated for the design and construction of improvements to sanitary sewer, water main, storm system infrastructure, and road enhancements related to the Sibley County State-Aid Highway 21 project.

Additionally, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $1,000,000 to provide the necessary funding.
