This bill appropriates $3,200,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Stewartville. The funds are designated for the construction and improvement of a one-mile section of 15th Avenue NE, which is located within the High Forest Township limits and adjacent to Stewartville. The appropriation will be used to enhance the roadway and address drainage issues at the intersection with 6th Street NE, including the replacement of culverts and storm sewers.

To finance this appropriation, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $3,200,000, following the procedures outlined in Minnesota Statutes and the Minnesota Constitution.
