This bill appropriates $9,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the public facilities authority for the city of New Auburn to enhance its stormwater, wastewater, and drinking water infrastructure. The funds will be used for the predesign, design, engineering, construction, and equipping of various municipal systems, including wastewater ponds, spray irrigation, sanitary sewer systems, storm sewer systems, and water main distribution systems.
