This bill appropriates $1,500,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Dayton. The funds are designated for acquiring real property or interests in real property, as well as for the predesign, design, and construction of a roundabout and other improvements at the intersection of Pineview Lane and County Road 12.

To finance this appropriation, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $1,500,000, following the procedures outlined in Minnesota Statutes and the Minnesota Constitution. The effective date of this section is set for the day following its final enactment.
