The bill proposes an appropriation of $10,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for the city of Lewisville. This funding is designated for the design, engineering, construction, furnishing, and equipping of improvements to the city's sewer, stormwater, and water tower systems, as well as the reconstruction of associated roads and sidewalks. The appropriation will be available once the commissioner of management and budget confirms that sufficient funds have been committed to complete the project, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.502.

Additionally, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $10,000,000 to provide the necessary funding. The bond sale will be conducted in accordance with the relevant Minnesota Statutes and the Minnesota Constitution. The provisions of this bill will take effect the day after it is enacted.
