The bill appropriates $1,550,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Oak Park Heights. This funding is designated for the design and engineering of improvements to municipal wells and water treatment infrastructure aimed at the remediation and removal of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) from drinking water.

Additionally, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $1,550,000 to provide the necessary funds.
