The bill appropriates $2,894,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for the purpose of realigning marked Trunk Highway 60 and improving related local infrastructure in the city of Wabasha. This funding will be used for predesign, design, engineering, and construction of local roads and city utilities, including sidewalks, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, stormwater management, street lighting, and other improvements aimed at enhancing pedestrian safety and developing workforce housing.
