This bill appropriates $15,567,000 from the bond proceeds fund for campus improvements at Minnesota West Community and Technical College. The funds will be used to design, renovate, and equip nursing and Peace Officer training spaces at the Granite Falls and Worthington campuses, as well as to enhance student services space at the Granite Falls campus.

To finance this appropriation, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the same amount. The bond sale will be conducted in accordance with existing Minnesota statutes and constitutional provisions. The bill will take effect the day after it is enacted.
