The bill appropriates $1,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Lake County. This funding is designated for the site preparation, including demolition, design, construction, furnishing, and equipping of a new bridge to replace the existing Kawishiwi Bridge near Spruce Road in Lake County.
