This bill appropriates $12,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the Hibbing Public Utilities Commission. The funds are designated for the predesign, design, construction, furnishing, and equipping of upgrades to the municipal clean drinking water distribution system and its source of supply in the city of Hibbing.
