The bill appropriates $12,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Hibbing Public Utilities Commission for the purpose of upgrading the municipal clean drinking water distribution system and its source of supply. This funding will cover the costs associated with predesign, design, construction, furnishing, and equipping the necessary infrastructure improvements.
