BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 1.01, is amended to read:

1.01 EXTENT.

boundary between this and adjoining states, subject only to rights of jurisdiction acquired
