BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$....... in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the
governing board of the Minnesota Historical Society to commission a bust of former United
States Supreme Court Justice Harry A. Blackmun and to install the bust on the second floor
of the State Capitol outside the chambers of the Minnesota State Supreme Court.
