BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $200,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the Minnesota
Housing Finance Agency for a grant to Community Stabilization Project. Community
Stabilization Project must use the grant to address the impact of inequitable housing practices
by working with landlords and owners to expand the supply of safe, affordable housing.
This appropriation is added to the base.
