 relating to health; appropriating money to the Board of Pharmacy for the drug
repository program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $450,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the general fund to the Board of
Pharmacy to implement Minnesota Statutes, section 151.555. The base for this appropriation
is $450,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $450,000 in fiscal year 2023. Beginning in fiscal year
2024, there shall be no base for this appropriation.
