If the commission finds any inaccuracies or omissions in the reports, it is required to notify the data center operators, who must then correct and resubmit the information within 30 days.

Additionally, the bill establishes civil penalties for non-compliance, imposing fines of up to $10,000 per day for violations of the reporting requirements. The enforcement of these fines can be pursued by the county prosecutor or the attorney general, with collected fines directed to the general fund. The commission is also empowered to create rules to facilitate the implementation of this act, which will only take effect if several related bills from the 103rd Legislature are enacted into law.
