Such citations will be automatically removed from a person's record four years after issuance, or sooner if the individual provides proof of completing the required education. Furthermore, individuals whose citations are removed can assert that no citation exists regarding the matter that has been expunged. This amendment aims to streamline the citation process and provide clearer pathways for individuals to manage their records.
