The bill also introduces new provisions regarding the enforcement of these regulations, stating that violations can result in a civil fine of up to $100. It establishes that the registration plate on a vehicle parked at a designated state-operated public boating access site serves as prima facie evidence of the owner's responsibility for the vehicle's presence. Furthermore, the bill includes a stipulation that it will not take effect unless a related House Bill is enacted into law.
