Additionally, the bill stipulates that customers who purchase alcoholic liquor from licensed vendors in these airport terminal complexes may possess and consume their purchases anywhere within the terminal, provided they have the approval of the airport's governing body. It also clarifies that licenses issued under this section are not transferable.
