The minimum grant amount for recovery community organizations is set at $250,000, with a cap of 50% of the organization's operating budget from the previous year. Nonprofit associations will also receive grants of $250,000.

It mandates that grant recipients file annual reports detailing their expenditures, participant engagement, and recovery support services provided. The provisions of this section will cease to apply after October 1, 2031.
