(Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021, the Chinese Military-Industrial Complex Sanction List, and other related regulations.

Additionally, the bill states that public entities must adhere to the same restrictions that apply to the federal government concerning drone purchases. However, there is an exception for public entities that comply with the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Act. The term "public entity" is defined as per existing law. The enactment of this bill is contingent upon the passage of House Bill No. 5330.
