The coverage specifically includes, but is not limited to, intravenous immunoglobulin therapy.

The bill stipulates that the new requirements will take effect 90 days after the bill is enacted into law and will apply to all relevant health insurance policies, whether issued in Michigan or covering Michigan residents from outside the state. This legislative change aims to ensure that affected children receive necessary medical treatment under their health insurance plans.
