The treasurer is responsible for investing the fund and ensuring that any interest or earnings are credited back to it. Funds raised from the sale of the awareness plates will be transferred to this fund, which will then be disbursed quarterly to the P.C.U.P.S. Foundation. The act will take effect 90 days after being enacted into law.
