A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled
"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"
(MCL 324.101 to 324.90106) by adding section 43527c.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 43527c. An individual may take an antlerless deer or an
2 antlered deer during the liberty hunt or the independence hunt if
3 that individual meets both of the following:
4 (a) Is eligible to participate in that hunt.
5 (b) Possesses a valid deer license.
