A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled
"Public health code,"
(MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 17748g.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 17748g. Except as otherwise provided by law, if a drug
2 other than a controlled substance is packaged or repackaged by a
3 manufacturer in a blister pack for distribution in this state, each
4 blister cell of the blister pack or, if the blister pack does not
5 contain perforated blister cells, the backing of the blister pack,

1 shall contain, at a minimum, the generic name of the drug.
