A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled
"Michigan election law,"
(MCL 168.1 to 168.992) by adding section 492c.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 492c. An individual who is not a United States citizen is
2 not eligible to register to vote, and is not able to vote in any
3 election in this state, including any federal, state, or local
4 election.
