A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled
"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"
(MCL 324.101 to 324.90106) by adding section 43547a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 43547a. (1) The department shall not refuse to renew the
2 authorization for an authorized agent to issue licenses under this
3 part for lack of sales if the authorized agent meets all of the
4 following:
5 (a) Has been authorized to issue licenses for at least 5

2 (b) Has sold at least $1,000.00 of sportcards, licenses,
3 duplicate licenses, applications, or permits during the previous
4 license year.
5 (2) As used in this section, "authorized agent" means a person
6 authorized to issue licenses under this part.
