A bill to amend 1980 PA 350, entitled
"The nonprofit health care corporation reform act,"
(MCL 550.1101 to 550.1704) by adding section 414c.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 414c. By March 1, 2025, and each March 1 after that date,
2 a health care corporation that issues or renews a group or nongroup
3 certificate shall submit a report to the director of insurance and
4 financial services that contains the comparative analyses and other
5 information regarding the design and application of nonquantitative

1 treatment limitations that apply to mental health or substance use
2 disorder benefits required by 42 USC 300gg-26(a)(8)(A).
