A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled
"Public health code,"
(MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 18223a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 18223a. The board shall place 2 limitations on a limited
2 license granted to an individual under section 18223(2). The
3 limitations must require supervision by a psychologist who has a
4 license other than a limited license and must prohibit advertising
5 or other representation to the public that will lead the public to

1 believe the individual is engaging in the practice of psychology.
2 Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
3 unless Senate Bill No. 626 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into
4 law.
