"The Michigan penal code,"
(MCL 750.1 to 750.568) by adding section 310h.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 310h. This chapter does not apply to gaming conducted
2 under the Michigan Gaming Control and Revenue Act, 1996 IL 1, MCL
3 432.201 to 432.226.
