A bill to amend 1927 PA 210, entitled
"An act to provide for the termination of tenancies by the entirety
and the conveyance of interests therein,"
by amending section 1 (MCL 557.101).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 1. In all cases where husband and wife If spouses own any
2 an interest in land as tenants by the entirety, such the tenancy by
3 the entirety may be terminated by a conveyance from either one to
4 the other of his or her interest in the land so held.
5 Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect

1 unless Senate Joint Resolution ____ or House Joint Resolution F
2 (request no. 00367'23) of the 102nd Legislature becomes a part of
3 the state constitution of 1963 as provided in section 1 of article
4 XII of the state constitution of 1963.
