A bill to amend 1975 PA 288, entitled
"An act to equalize income rights of husband and wife in real
estate and other property, held as tenants by the entirety,"
by amending the title and section 1 (MCL 557.71).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 TITLE
2 An act to equalize income rights of husband and wife spouses
3 in real estate and other property, held as tenants by the entirety.
4 Sec. 1. A husband and wife shall be Spouses are equally

1 control and management of real or personal property held by them as

3 Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
4 unless Senate Joint Resolution ____ or House Joint Resolution F
5 (request no. 00367'23) of the 102nd Legislature becomes a part of
6 the state constitution of 1963 as provided in section 1 of article
7 XII of the state constitution of 1963.
