This resolve provides for legislative review of portions of Chapter 6: Standards Relating to Prescriptive Authorities and Collaborative Relationship for Naturopathic Doctors, a major substantive rule of the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation that was filed outside the legislative rule acceptance period.
