This resolve provides for legislative review of Chapter 348: Exemption for On-farm Raising, Slaughter, and Processing of Less than 1,000 Ready-to-cook Whole Poultry, a major substantive rule of the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry that was filed outside the legislative rule acceptance period.
