This bill allows pharmacists to prescribe, dispense or administer vaccines. It requires insurance carriers and the MaineCare program to provide coverage for vaccines without any deductible, copayment, coinsurance or other cost-sharing reimbursement and to provide coverage for off-label use of vaccines.
