This bill changes a provision governing the Maine Ground and Surface Waters Clean- up and Response Fund by requiring the $7,000,000 annual limit on fund disbursements for certain personal services of the Department of Environmental Protection to be adjusted on an annual basis based on the Consumer Price Index as published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics.
