This bill requires that adult use cannabis or adult use cannabis products be labeled with information on any radiation treatment or ozonation applied to the cannabis or cannabis product. The bill also requires equipment used for radiation treatment or ozonation of adult use cannabis or an adult use cannabis product to be inspected and registered by the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Office of Cannabis Policy.
