This bill eliminates 2 conditions of probation under the Maine Criminal Code. The conditions include general supervision fees imposed for a person's term of probation and fees related to a person requesting temporary leave from a jurisdiction when a person's probation requires that the person remain in the jurisdiction of the court. The bill also includes a number of technical statutory amendments relating to the elimination of those conditions.
