This bill amends the law providing for exemption of certain veterinary products from the law governing products containing perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances, or PFAS, to allow products approved for use for aerial or land application that are regulated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. It creates an exemption for a pesticide registered by the United States Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act applied by a person licensed by the Department of Agriculture, Conservation, and Forestry, Board of Pesticides Control as an agricultural basic applicator, a private applicator or a commercial applicator.
