This bill excepts testosterone from the definition of "controlled substance" in the laws governing controlled substances prescription monitoring and directs the Department of Health and Human Services to purge from the records of the Controlled Substances Prescription Monitoring Program all information concerning the prescribing and dispensing of testosterone.
