This bill repeals the law that permits the Secretary of State, upon request of an applicant, to issue a driver's license or a nondriver identification card that meets the standards of the federal REAL ID Act of 2005, Public Law 109-13. The bill also repeals provisions of law that concern fees for REAL ID licenses and identification cards.
