This bill allows school superintendents to approve the transfer of a military-connected student from one school administrative unit to another. It allows a military-connected student who is a kindergarten to grade 8 student and whose residence changes to continue in the student's current school for that school year. It also allows a military-connected student who is a grade 9 to 12 student whose residence changes to continue in the student's current school through graduation.
