This bill increases from $325,000 annually to $450,000 annually the cap on the amount that may be transferred to the Board of Environmental Protection Fund from the Maine Environmental Protection Fund, the Maine Ground and Surface Waters Clean-up and Response Fund, the Maine Hazardous Waste Fund and the Uncontrolled Sites Fund.
