Requiring the Department of Information Technology to convene a workgroup on the Medicaid Management Information System mainframe system replacement; and requiring the workgroup to periodically report to certain committees of the General Assembly on the progress made toward procuring the mainframe system replacement and the timeline for meeting the implementation deadline for the replacement.
