This bill authorizes the town of Nantucket's conservation commission to convey a specific parcel of land located at 35 Grove Lane to the town's select board. The land, which is designated for the preservation of wildlife habitat, is currently owned by the town and is subject to a deed recorded in the Nantucket county registry of deeds. The bill allows for the transfer of this land to the Nantucket Islands Land Bank for open space, conservation, and passive recreation purposes, in accordance with the Land Bank's enabling legislation.

Additionally, the bill stipulates that the town of Nantucket may transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of all or part of the land to the Nantucket Islands Land Bank under terms deemed appropriate by the select board.
