The parcel, described as a portion of Parcel 2-31 and measuring approximately 12,500 square feet, is landlocked and adjacent to the property at 100 Maple Street. The conveyance is deemed an emergency law to ensure immediate action for public convenience.

The bill stipulates that the consideration for the land transfer will be based on its full and fair market value, determined by an independent appraisal conducted by a qualified appraiser. Wakefield Investments, Inc. will bear all costs associated with the conveyance, including engineering, surveys, and deed preparation.
