This bill authorizes the town of Milford to convert its existing license for the sale of wine and malt beverages into a license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages that are not to be consumed on the premises.

To implement this change, the bill amends Section 1 of Chapter 289 of the Acts of 2022 by deleting the phrase "wine and malt beverages" and replacing it with "all alcoholic beverages." The act will take effect immediately upon its passage.
