1 Ordered, That the committee on Environment and Natural Resources be authorized to sit
2 during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents
3 numbered 744, 745, 747, 774, 806, 832, 834, 841, 842, 848, 856, 858, 867, 883, 885, 901 and
4 918, relative to waterways, wastewater, floods and other related matters.
5 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study
6 and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such
7 recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives
8 on or before December 31, 2024.
