1 Ordered, That the committee on Higher Education be authorized to sit during a recess of
2 the General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 1252,
3 1256, 1259, 1266, 1268, 1271, 1273, 1274, 1278, 1279, 1281, 1288, 1289, 1290, 1291, 1292,
4 3867 and 4142, relative to higher education matters.
5 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study
6 and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such
7 recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives
8 on or before December 31, 2024.
