Senate Resolution No. by Senator McMath commends Madison Elizabeth Hogan for being crowned the 100th Miss St. Tammany Parish Fair Queen. At just 22 years old, Madison is a resident of Mandeville, Louisiana, and a graduate of Mandeville High School. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in economics from Southeastern Louisiana University, where she was a Double Legacy Scholar and involved in various organizations, including the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority. Madison has also actively participated in her community through volunteering at Our Daily Bread food pantry and Project Prom, a nonprofit initiative started by her mother.
During her tenure as Fair Queen, Madison has represented the St. Tammany Parish Fair, making special appearances and engaging in philanthropic activities. In January 2026, she competed for the title of LAFF Queen at the Louisiana Association of Fairs and Festivals, where she placed in the top ten among over sixty competitors. The resolution not only recognizes her achievements but also expresses the Senate's pride in her accomplishments and future aspirations, including her goal of attending law school to pursue a career in contract law.
