This bill amends the existing law regarding the Victoria Farms Crime Prevention and Improvement District in East Baton Rouge Parish. It updates the boundaries of the district to include the area defined by Airline Highway, Greenwell Street, Joor Road, and Greenwell Springs Road, replacing the previous description that referenced the boundaries of the Victoria Farms Subdivision as established in the official subdivision plat.

Additionally, the bill modifies the provisions related to the parcel fee imposed within the district. It allows for the fee to be changed by a duly adopted resolution of the board, provided that the new amount does not exceed the maximum authorized in the law. However, the imposition of the fee still requires approval from a majority of registered voters in the district through an election. The bill will take effect upon the governor's signature or after the designated period for bills to become law without a signature.
